The Red Stripe Band have just completed a very successful year playing a four month residency at Ronnie Scotts and picking up “Best Band” award at the Marlborough Jazz Festival for their 2010 appearance.

They have also been booked to play again at the world famous Montreux Jazz Festival. A track from their latest CD “You Got What You Asked For” (Tu Vuo Fa L’Americano) has been used in the title theme to Paul Merton’s Channel Five travel documentary as well as endorsement by a multimillion dollar US pizza chain. They have been described as “Jonathan Ross meets Jools Holland on speed” by the press and continue to take their energetic show all over the globe including music clubs and festivals in France, Italy, Tokyo and New York. Two years ago Stars in their Eyes finalist “Gemma Nelson” joined their ranks and adds to the best line up the band has had since being formed over 15 years ago.
