Originally from the North East, Emma began her career singing in blues & soul bands including the Snake Davis Band and with Brendan Croker.

In the mid 90s her Brother Simon's band "29 Palms" were signed to IRS Records and Emma sang backing vocals on their 2 albums produced by Mick Glossop. Impressed, Mick involved her in other recordings he was working on including the Martyn Joseph single "Lets talk about it in The Morning".

Now living in London Emma formed her own band gigging at venues such as The Kashmir Klub and The 12 Bar Club, releasing herself penned cd "Valentine" and opening for Mary Black and The Fine Young Cannibals on their 2002 UK Tour.

More recently Emma has recorded a CD with Tenor Sax legend Don Weller , and in March 2010 performed at Ronnie Scotts Club with The Michele Drees Band as part of a week Celebrating Women in Jazz .

In April 2010 Emma collaborated on a Single with heavy blues outfit Pig Iron entitled "Another Mule (is kicking in my stall)" with great reviews from Classic Rock magazine and Whitesnakes David Coverdale.

She is without doubt one of the finest, most versatile blues/jazz/soul singers in the UK.
